This story comes to growing unrest over the course of the election in Gauteng. Where the Western Cape, Northern Cape and Eastern Cape almost finished counting and the other provinces beyond deep cleaning about half are in Gauteng - 24 hours after the polling stations closed - only about 40% counted. The first results in Johannesburg until the afternoon on the boards deep cleaning appear while the score in Cape Town at the time was almost complete.
